please read before booking an appointment

All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, this will be deducted from your appointment on the day. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours (business hours) of your booking will result in loss of your deposit / a 50% fee. If you cancel within 6 hours (business hours) of your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, you will be liable for 100% of the appointment fee, which will need to be paid on the day. If you no-show / fail to attend, you may be refused service in future, or, have to pay 100% of your booking fees in advance.

 

We only accept cancellations within regular Business Hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). This means that your cancellation notice must be within business hours, when we will be able to monitor the salon phone, or it will be considered a cancellation on the next business day. Example; if you message or email at 8pm on a Tuesday night, your notice is only counted from 9am the next business day. This means it may be considered a late cancellation, from 9am the next day (Wednesday), not from 8pm the night prior (Tuesday). A fee will be due accordingly, as per the above percentages indicated (50% - 100% of the booking fee).

If you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, your deposit will be saved as a credit on your client card for later use. Please note we can not issue deposit refunds in any case.

Group / bridal bookings will require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable once booked & confirmed​.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, please let us know ASAP- your service may need to be changed, or cancelled if we do not have sufficient time to complete your service. If your appointment has to be altered or cancelled, you will be liable for the full service fee of the original booked appt.

Children / babies are NOT permitted in the salon. Please be courteous of our request not to bring children to the salon. This is for safety reasons & for the courtesy of other clients, who come to relax.

If you are sick/unable to attend please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule. Clients who attend showing signs of illness will be rescheduled & the appointment fee will need to be paid. 

​

Luxe Nail Co has the right to cancel a booking at any time.
